Do you accept returns?

At the moment, we don’t accept returns. Only size exchanges are allowed.

What items can be exchanged?

We offer exchanges for the same item and color in a different size. Exchanges for a different style or product are not available.

Please note that sale items are final and are not eligible for exchange.

What if my size is out of stock?

If the specific size you need is unavailable, we offer two solutions:

  • Exchange for a different color.

You may exchange for the same model in your desired size, but in an available color.

  • Exchange for a different item.

If your size is unavailable across all colors, you may select a different item of equal or greater value. Please note you will be responsible for any price difference.

How long do I have to request an exchange?

You must submit your exchange request (via WhatsApp, or email) within 7 days of receiving your order.

What condition should the item be in?

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, with all original tags still attached.

Do I need to return the item in its original packaging?

Yes, if possible! If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure the item is packed securely for return shipping.

Who pays for the shipping?

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, both when sending the item back and receiving the new one.

Can I exchange the same item more than once?

Each item can be exchanged only once, so be sure to double-check the sizing when you request your exchange.
