Where are you based?

We are an Indonesian-based fashion brand. Every item we create is ethically cut, sewn, and crafted locally, supporting our skilled local workers.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. We currently offer direct international shipping to Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia.

For customers in Indonesia, please visit our Shopee store for a quicker and easier checkout experience.

For destinations outside the countries listed above, feel free to contact us via email or WhatsApp. We’ll be happy to check availability and provide shipping options.

Why are the prices shown in SGD?

Our prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) as our payments are processed through a Singapore bank account. If you're paying from Malaysia or Australia, your local bank will handle the currency conversion from MYR or AUD to SGD at their rate.

What payment methods are available?

We currently accept payment via bank transfer only. All orders must be paid into our OCBC bank account in Singapore.

• For customers in Singapore:

You can use local transfer or FAST transfer.

• For customers in Malaysia, Australia, and other countries:

Please make payment via overseas telegraphic transfer (TT).

How do I complete the bank transfer?

After placing your order, our full OCBC Singapore bank details will appear on the checkout page and will also be included in your order confirmation email.

After that, kindly submit your proof of payment (a screenshot of the transfer) on our Payment Confirmation page. You will receive a payment confirmation email once your payment is verified.

How long does payment verification take?

• Singapore: 

Verification is usually completed within 1-2 business days.

• Malaysia, Australia, and other countries:

International bank transfers require more processing time. Your payment will typically be verified within 3-4 business days after you send it.

What is your order processing and shipping timeline?

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please allow 2-3 business days for payment verification, quality control, and packing after your payment has been confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• Singapore: 3-4 business days.
• Malaysia: 4-7 business days.
• Australia, and other international countries: More than 7 business days.

Payments confirmed on weekends or holidays will be reviewed the next business day.

Kindly note that delivery times may be longer during public holidays.

Do you provide urgent shipping?

Yes, we currently offer express shipping to Singapore only. Simply select the “Singapore – Express Delivery” option at checkout.

Your order should arrive within 1-2 business days after it has been dispatched.

Do you calculate taxes and duties for international orders?

We are unable to calculate taxes, duties, or customs fees for international orders. These are determined by your local customs authorities and vary by country.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate. Please note that these fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are typically collected upon delivery.

Do you accept exchange or refunds?

We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If your item does not fit as expected, we gladly offer exchanges for the same style in a different size. Please note that we are unable to process refunds.
